Maintenance Packages to Satisfy Any Goal
Your service is completely customizable and tailored to your needs. That said, D.I.M. customers benefit from our A, B, or C packages, each designed to keep your yard or property well-kept and maintained according to your desired results. All three packages are available at 26 or 46 visits a year, with schedules matching your preference.
Package A
Our A package may be our most basic option, but A-level customers receive thorough turf-cutting services that include:
- Mowing
- Edging
- Blowing
- Bed Spraying*
*We’ll spray your flower beds, tree rings, and natural areas with effective weed control solutions
Package B
Package B is our mid-level maintenance option for customers who want all the benefits of Package A, along with tree and shrub pruning services. Our pruning solutions keep your lawn’s ornaments looking clean, healthy, and manicured to the same standards as your lawn.
Package C
Package C is our most comprehensive maintenance option and is a turn-key property care solution. Through Package C, we handle everything from A and B, as well as:
Chemical Care – We will treat your manicured yard with routine weed control to ensure it remains clear of turf-destroying weeds.
Mulching Services – We will apply fresh mulch whenever needed to keep your beds as neat and healthy as possible.
No matter your chosen package, D.I.M. Landscape will tend to your lawn regularly and according to your desired schedule:
26 Visits per Year
Your maintenance team will visit every two weeks on the same day and at the same time, like clockwork. Should you need to change the established schedule, we can accommodate your request and shift to a new time slot or day of the week.
42 Visits per Year
During the warmer months, we will visit your home once a week for thorough maintenance services, optimizing your turf management during the growing seasons. We will cut back to visits every two weeks during the colder months.

When you choose D.I.M. Landscape for lawn or property maintenance, you will receive detailed service from the same team of managers and technicians. We learn the ins and outs of your yard and develop a complete understanding of your goals so that we achieve your vision at every visit.
Step One –Evaluation
We will schedule a time to meet with you at your property. During this consultation, we will discuss your problem areas, understand your goals, and thoroughly evaluate your property to determine your optimal solutions.
Step Two –Estimate
From our consultation, we will prepare your detailed and customized estimate, complete with package/visit suggestions and pricing information. If everything is a go, we will schedule your first visit immediately.
Step Three – Service
The same team of lawn maintenance technicians will visit your home and complete all aspects of your service without any corners cut. Your team will always include a crew leader who can walk you through your property after each visit to show you what was performed and ensure the visit is to your satisfaction.
Proactive Care and Communication You Can Trust
D.I.M. Landscape strives for perfection and accuracy. As a result, you can expect a project manager to visit your property once a month or as needed to ensure your goals are being met according to your agreement with us.
Should our team detect an issue with your lawn or property, we will always note it and report it to one of our managers. Your point of contact will be in touch to discuss the issue and offer solutions to bring your lawn back to optimal health or reestablish desired aesthetics.
